League site

Privacy

What this site keeps, who can see it, and how to get something removed. Short version: rosters and results are league news; contact details are not.

What’s public

The schedule, scores, standings, season stats, and the community board are open to anyone with the link. Team rosters show player names, positions, and skill tier. A league can choose to hide rosters from the public; ask your league admin.

What’s private

  • Phone numbers and emails are stored separately and are never readable from the public site. Only league admins and a player’s own captain can see them, and only for their own roster.
  • Sign-in codes (captain passcodes and admin PINs) are stored server-side and are never exposed by the site.
  • Push alerts use an anonymous browser subscription, not your name or number. Turn them off any time on the board page.

Where it comes from

Player details come from the league’s registration list, which the league admin imports each season. Game scores and stats are entered by league staff during or after games. Board posts and comments are written by the people who post them under the name they type.

Youth leagues

For leagues with players under 18, the site shows only what a printed roster or scoreboard would: first and last name, team, position, and game stats. No contact details for players are shown to anyone except the league admin and the player’s own coach. A parent or guardian can ask the league admin to remove a player’s name from public pages at any time.

How long it’s kept

Season history is kept so that past standings and career stats keep working. Contact details are refreshed each season from the new registration list. To have a record deleted, contact your league admin, who can remove it from the console.

Who runs the servers

This league site runs on Rinkzy, hosted on Vercel with its database on Supabase. Each league has its own separate database. There are no ads and no analytics trackers, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone outside the league. Registration itself happens on the city or league’s own sign-up site, which has its own policy.

Questions
